WAU Móvil
WAU was created in 2002, by the joint venture of B2S Corporation and "Juegos Moviles", companies incorporated in Venezuela, based in technological products applications development. Since then, this combination offered a unique platform for the expansion and development of new products and innovative services.
From its initiation, WAU grew through joint ventures with local companies that made great contributions through their knowledge of the local market. WAU has achieved great synergies in the following aspects: acquisition of contents, development of technical capabilities, knowledge interchange, and a flexible business model that has allowed WAU to become the main regional supplier of services in the mobile world (one stop shop).
After its creation in the Venezuelan market in 2003, WAU has added eight new markets, four in 2004, and an additional four in 2005. During the first semester of 2006, two main markets entered the WAU network: Brazil and Chile.
